SAN ANGELO, TX – A San Angelo man took a plea deal Wednesday that gave him ten years probation for indecent acts with a child.
According to court documents, on May 12, Theodore Gamez pleaded guilty to one count of indecency with a child by sexual contact.
Gamez was indicted for two counts of indecency in Jun. 2020. He was accused of touching a child's breast and forcing a child to sexually touch him. In the plea deal the first charge was kept while the second charge was dropped.
Gamez was in the Tom Green County Jail for the charge since Dec. 16 and was released on May 17.
With the plea deal Gamez was sentenced to ten years defend adjudication. If he fails, Gamez will spend the ten years in prison.

So it's okay to molest, sexually exploit and fondle CHILDREN ???? What is wrong with our judges, and our legal system. This world is really screwed. The people in charge of our courts should be hanged by their necks until their feet stop kicking.
