BAIRD, TX – Two days after being indicted on charges of prostitution, three of the 12 men accused of soliciting a Chinese woman online turned themselves in to the Callahan County Jail located in Baird.
According to KTXS, Jim Counts, Ronald Cooper and David Cunningham were all booked and then released on a $750 bond.
Jim Counts, an 8th grade math teacher at Mann Middle School, was placed on administrative leave when the school learned he was under investigation back in December. On Wednesday, Counts submitted his resignation that would be “effective at the end of the school year.”
In a statement Abilene Independent School District said the following:
"We will pursue action in accordance with state law that may impact the effective date of his separation from AISD."

PermalinkDoc, how is SAPD able to influence events throughout West Texas now? They must be the CIA of West Texas doing psyops and covert operations. Don't so much as walk with traffic, people, unless you want probation!
