Royce Lee Latham, 86 went to be with his heavenly Father, April 24, 2021. Royce was born in Tennyson, Texas to W.D. and Lois (Stewart) Latham. Royce served 3 years in the US Army. 
While in San Antonio he met and married the love of his life Margaret. Then they moved to San Angelo in 1964 to raise their five children. 
After moving to San Angelo, he started Latham House Movers. He moved houses until 2007. After retiring from house moving, he went to work for David Jensen as a runner until his death. 
Royce was proceeded in death by his parents, sister Callie Stastny, Brothers W.D & Clayton Latham; Grandsons Michael Latham and Jason Block. 
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Margaret, his children Barbara Block (Carl), Mike Latham (Terri), Debbie Sartain (Carey), Walter Latham (Paula) and Deborah Johnson (David), 11-Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren, and sister, Jewell Dean Hall. 
The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Harper Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Harper Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Stan Whites officiating. The Burial will be at 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Robert Lee Cemetery in Robert Lee, Texas.

Frances Alice Hill

San Angelo, Texas. Frances A. Hill, 88, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, went home to be with the Lord on April 23, 2021. Born in Waterford, New York, Frances was the daughter of Pasquale and Maria Cerqua. Frances graduated from Waterford High School then worked for the NewYork Telephone Company. While living in Washington, D.C. she worked for GEICO. She married a highschool sweetheart, Edwin Hill, 67 years ago. Together, with their daughter Paula Ann they lived in and traveled to many places with the Air Force. She lived in Okinawa, Japan for 5 years and in Zweibrucken, Germany for 3 years. She also visited such places as Rome, Venice, Paris, London, Hawaii, and Tokyo. She eventually settled in San Angelo with Edwin, Paula, and her granddaughter, Poppy Marie where she has lived for the past 54 years. She was a longtime member of the Newtimers Club. She is survived by her husband, Edwin, her daughter, Paula and her husband, Lee of San Angelo, her brother Patrick of California, many nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her parents, her sisters Theresa Rosamilia and Ann Cerqua, her brother William Cerqua, and her granddaughter Poppy Nobbs. Relatives and friends may visit Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad Street in Waterford at a date and time to be determined. Internment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Waterford.

Antonia A. Peña, 94, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021, in San Angelo.

Public viewing will be from 12:00 PM noon until 8:00 PM Monday, April 26, 2021, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Pastor Edward A. Lopez, pastor of River City Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.

Mrs. Peña was born September 9, 1926 to Pedro and Francesca Atolano in San Angelo where she has been a lifelong resident. Antonia married Jesse Peña, Sr. on February 14, 1945 in San Angelo. He preceded her in death on June 16, 1987. Antonia worked as a custodian at Goodfellow Air Force Base, and San Angelo State School. She was also a nanny for Dr. Hooker's children for over 25 years and was a caregiver. Antonia was a founding member of River City Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Norma Arambula of San Angelo; a brother, Ismael Atilano and wife Susie of New Orleans, Louisiana; two sisters, Maria Martinez, and Vebelia Benitez both of San Angelo; two granddaughters, Corina Castaneda, and Jessica Martinez and husband Rodolfo and of San Angelo; five great grandchildren, Juan Soto and wife Rosie, Chantel Castaneda, Andrew Martinez, Julian Martinez, and Emmanuel Martinez. Antonia was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Rosalinda Castaneda; two sons, Jesse Peña, Jr. and Vincent Peña; a granddaughter, Cynthia Soto; and several brothers, and sisters.
