Grace H Garcia

01/12/2021 - 08:42 , by TKing09

Grace Hilario Garcia, age 59 of Christoval, entered the Gates of Heaven on January 8, 2021.

An evening celebration will be held on Sunday, January 17th at 6:00 PM at Freedom Fellowship. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 17th at 2:00 PM at Freedom Fellowship Church with Pastor Harold Watkins officiating. Arrangements are by Robert Massie Funeral Home.
She was born on September 6, 1961 in Big Spring, Texas to her parents, Juan and Esperanza Chavaria Hilario. She attended Texas Wesleyan University and obtained a business management degree. On February 14, 2003 she married her love, Mario Garcia and they spent seventeen wonderful years together.
Grace was a dynamic individual. When she entered a room, people knew it. She was a bright, energetic, spiritual, gracious, compassionate, and joyful woman. She cared for everyone around her and served her Lord enthusiastically. She embodied the gifts of the spirit and used them to excel in all areas of her life. Grace was an entrepreneur and successful business owner. Grace and Mario fulfilled their dream when they opened Texas Lone Star Collision, through her business she impacted others with her professionalism and care. Although her business was of most importance to her, it held no comparison to the devotion and passion she held for God and her family. She served in many capacities at her church, Freedom Fellowship, and was able to minister to many, just by the life she led. From a devoted and faithful wife to Mario, to the joys of being a mother, and to the overwhelming privilege she felt of being a grandmother, she was completely devoted to her family and loved them immensely. One of her favorite things to do was to travel with her family and make beautiful memories.
Grace was preceded in death by her father and two brothers, Tony and Jimmy Hilario.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Mario; her daughter Tyra Chappa and her husband Anthony of San Angelo; her sons, Mario Garcia Jr and his wife Norma of Midland, Michael Carrasco of San Angelo and Ricky Garcia of San Angelo; her sister, Cindy Hilario-Hernandez and her husband David of San Angelo; her brother Johnny Hilario of San Angelo; her mother Esperanza Hilario of San Angelo; her precious grandchildren, Anthony Jr., David, Matthew, Leila, Jacob, Ricardo, Abigail, Katelyn, Miley and Elijah; and one great-grandson, Nicholas.
