SAN ANGELO, TX — Early voting in Tom Green County has reached 27,346 ballots cast as of Wednesday, with less than a week remaining until Election Day on Nov. 5.

Elections Administrator Vona Hudson provided the latest figures, reporting steady daily turnout as the general election approaches.

Statewide, early voting turnout has also been significant. On the first day alone, the Texas Secretary of State’s Office reported that over 870,000 Texans voted in person.
