Downtown Trick-or-Treat Fest to Close Section of College Avenue Today

SAN ANGELO, TX - West College Avenue from Chadbourne to Irving streets will be closed today from 4:30 to 7 p.m. for San Angelo’s Downtown Trick-or-Treat Fest.

The Halloween event will see City departments setting up decorated trunks and displays in the parking spaces in front of City Hall.

City offices will close at 4 p.m. to allow personnel to participate in the festivities.
