San Angelo Man Wanted for Failure to Register & Online Solicitation

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Concho Valley Crime Stoppers has issued a release for a wanted man who has a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender and online solicitation of a minor.

Arturo Xavier Rey Aguilera, 21, is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.

According to court documents, Aguilera was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication for soliciting a 12-year-old using a commercial online service.

He was convicted on December 16, 2021.

In May 2022, Aguilera failed to register a new address and in January 2023, he was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication for his failure to register.

Aguilera is 5’5” and 165 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
