Three-Vehicle Crash on Knickerbocker Sends One to Hospital

SAN ANGELO, TX – A three-vehicle crash this afternoon on the 3300 block of Knickerbocker Road reduced westbound traffic to one lane and resulted in one person being hospitalized.

According to the San Angelo Police Department, this happened when a Chevy Equinox traveling westbound failed to control its speed and crashed with the rear of a Toyota Camry. The impact caused the Camry to hit a Chevy 1500 in front of it.

Each vehicle had a single occupant. The driver of the Equinox was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Medics assessed the drivers of the Camry and the Chevy 1500 at the scene and they did not require hospitalization.
