SAN ANGELO – It's official; the pumpkin patch season has begun. Sierra Vista United Methodist Church hosts a pumpkin patch fundraiser each year to benefit their children and youth ministries, and today they kicked off their twenty-seventh year. A variety of pumpkins are available for purchase at the campus at 4255 College Hills Blvd., including gourds, white pumpkins, miniature pumpkins and more.
There is no cost for families to visit the pumpkin patch. In addition to the large selection of pumpkins, guests can expect plenty of photo opportunities and a family-friendly bean bag toss game. This year the patch features a large hand-painted hay bale display, perfect for those fall photos.
The pumpkin patch is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sundays from noon to 8:00 pm. For more information, please call Sierra Vista at 325-944-4041.
