SAN ANGELO – One driver was hospitalized after being injured in a two vehicle crash at the intersection of S. Koenigheim and W. Beauregard Ave. Wednesday afternoon.
According to San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division Investigating Officer Long at the scene, a black Infinity SUV was northbound on Koenigheim while a blue Chevrolet Equinox was westbound on Beauregard.

Officer Long says the vehicles crashed in the intersection. It is unclear at this time which driver disregarded a red light causing the crash.
The driver of the black SUV was transported to the hospital by ambulance with minor injuries.
No citations were issued at the scene pending the results of the investigation.
