WATCH: Armed Police Officers at Howard St. Scene

SAN ANGELO – San Angelo Police officers are working at a scene on Howard St. in San Angelo Thursday morning.  

Some of the officers are armed and moving around the house.

Several SAPD patrol units are in the area and streets are blocked off.  

Residents are urged to avoid the area until the situation is resolved.
