BREAKING: Heavy Police Presence on Howard Street

SAN ANGELO – San Angelo Police converged on a house on Howard St. in West San Angelo Thursday morning with guns drawn.

Reporters on the scene say a police negotiator is communicating with someone inside a house in the area and there are several patrol cars blocking off the area. Police officers can be seen with their guns drawn.

Citizens are urged to avoid the area of Howard Street and Brentwood Park until the situation is resolved.

This is a developing situation and we will update this story as new information becomes available.
