SAN ANGELO, TX –– San Angelo Police Department officers were dispatched to the intersection of Beaureguard Ave and Monroe St. Tuesday evening just before 8 p.m. for reports of a major motor vehicle accident.
According to Officer Folmer at the scene, the crash occurred between a red Jaguar XF and a blue Dodge Avenger. The t-bone crash happened when the vehicle traveling east on Beauregard collided with the vehicle turning left from Monroe.
Reporters at the scene observed front-end damage on the Avenger and side damage on the XF. Both drivers were transported to Shannon Medical Center for treatment.
At this time, no citations have been confirmed by law enforcement and the injuries sustained by the drivers are unknown.
