Driver Crashes into 2 Parked Vehicles at Southside Home

SAN ANGELO, TX – The driver of a vehicle which left the roadway Tuesday afternoon and crashed into two parked vehicles in the driveway of a Southland home was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

According to initial reports, first responders found a Chevrolet Cruz had left the roadway on College Hills Blvd., traveled across a lawn and crashed into a Chevrolet pickup and midsized SUV parked on the driveway in the alley of Briargrove Ln.

The impact of the crash sent the SUV through the garage door of the residence.

Reports from first responders indicated the driver of the Cruz was a 39-year-old male who had a 'pretty serious' head laceration.  The driver was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

At this time the cause of the crash is still under investigation and the driver's condition is unknown.
