Police Seeking Suspects Involved In Fatal Hit-and-Run

 

MIDLAND, TX -- As the investigation continues into the hit-and-run that left a 23-year-old man dead, the Midland Police Department is asking the public's help to identify two suspects.

According to MPD, the first suspect arrested was 19-year-old Armando Barba. Barba was charged with accident involving death and tampering with physical evidence. 

Police determined he was driving the vehicle that fatally injured Theron Brown.

Barba was arrested at the Airline Mobile Home Park after authorities received a Crime Stoppers tip.

Two additional suspects remain at large and unidentified at this time. Authorities have released store security footage of the two males.
