MIDLAND, TX – A Midland man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman after offering to give her a ride was arrested over the weekend.
Early Saturday morning, Midland Police responded to Midland Memorial Hospital for a woman who claims she was assaulted.
Cesar Barraza has been charged with sexual assault.
According to the arrest affidavit, the victim told police that her and her boyfriend went out to the bar and met Barraza there. They then went to a second bar.
While at the second bar, the boyfriend left, saying he was going to the bathroom but never returned.
Barraza told the victim that her boyfriend had left.
