Family Raising Donations for Slain San Angelo Teen

 

SAN ANGELO, TX —The family of Carlos Galvan is seeking the community’s help to cover the funeral expenses of their deceased loved one. Galvan was killed in shooting at the Koberlin Apartments on Saturday morning.

According to the GoFundMe, the 18-year-old was a 2020 graduate of San Angelo Premier High School. Galvan had no life insurance and his family is in need of donations in order to organize his funeral.

A brisket plate fundraiser will also be going on August 4th. According to the social media post, the fundraiser will begin at 12:00 p.m.
