WATCH: Two Toyota SUVs Crash at Busy Southwest Intersection

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Two drivers of two white Toyotas escaped injury in a crash on Sherwood Way at Loop 306 Tuesday afternoon.

According to San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division investigating officer Younts, the driver of a Toyota 4-Runner was westbound on Sherwood Way while the driver of a Toyota Highlander was turning left onto Sherwood Way from the Loop 306 frontage road nears Lowe's Home Improvement store.

Younts says the driver of the 4-Runner admitted to disregarding the stop light and a witness corroborated that information.

Both drivers were treated at the scene by medics and were not transported to the hospital.

The driver of the 4-Runner was issued a citation for disregarding the red light.
