SAN ANGELO, TX - San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division officers responded to a crash at the intersection of W. Ave J and MacKenzie Wednesday. The incident involved only one vehicle.
According to Officer Bradshaw, the driver was traveling westbound on West Ave. J when she experienced a seizure. This caused her to leave the roadway and strike a speed limit sign.

She then carried the speed limit sign to a house on McKenzie St where the driver then struck a tree.
The driver was not injured and was evaluated by EMS at the scene. She was issued a citation for driving without a license and a warning for failure to drive in single lane due to a medical condition.
