MIDLAND, TX – The Federal Bureau of Investigation is still searching for a wanted child predator who could be in West Texas.
The search began in June of last year after Jose Navarette, 24, when he was charged with three counts of sex act with a child ten years old or younger, and four counts of oral sex with a child ten years old or younger. Navarette was born and raised in Midland and is allegedly located in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, or Mexico. Several reports have been made stating he had been spotted, but no arrests have been made.
