Motorcyclist Hit by SUV and the Driver Fled

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A man was struck by an SUV yesterday and the SUV driver fled the scene. San Angelo police are searching for the hit-and-run suspect and need your help.

According to the San Angelo police, the motorcyclist, described as a 35-year-old man was northbound on Childress St. driving a 2004 Honda motorcycle. Meanwhile, and eastbound SUV, that police said was a gray 2000s model Ford Explorer struck the motorcyclist in the intersection.

The motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital via ambulance with what police described were minor injuries.

The SUV struck the motorcycle on the right, rear quarter panel, police said.
