Motorcyclist Seriously Injured After Being Blown Off Bike by Wind Gust

 

ABILENE, TX — A motorcyclist was seriously injured while traveling on the Winters Freeway in south Abilene today.

According to KTXS, a group of motorcyclists were heading from Fort Worth to Del Rio when a wind gust blew one of the bikes into the guard rail near Sam’s Club.

The driver was a 59-year-old male. The driver fell off the bike and the bike kept going.

He was taken to Hendrick Medical Center in serious condition.
