Nissan Cube Destroyed After Driver Directs it Into Middle of Dangerous Intersection

SAN ANGELO, TX — A failure to yield the right-of-way resulted in a crash at the middle of the busiest intersection in San Angelo. It happened just after 2 p.m. at the intersection of Sherwood Way and Arden Rd., in front of San Angelo’s original H-E-B grocery store.

According to San Angelo police, a white Nissan Cube made a left turn into oncoming westbound traffic and a white GMC pickup ran into the little Cube.

The drivers of both vehicles went to a hospital; one was rushed to Shannon Medical Center, the other San Angelo Community Medical Center.

Police said citations are pending.
