Car Fails to Yield Right of Way, One Injured

 

SAN ANGELO, TEXAS -- Around 7 p.m. this evening, a two-car motor vehicle accident occurred near the crossing of Brown Street and W 19th Street. 

According to an officer on scene, a green van was traveling southbound on Brown street when it failed to yield right of way at a stop sign and collided with a tan Tahoe that was traveling eastbound on 19th Street. 

A female occupant of one of the vehicles sustained an arm injury, however, she refused to go to the hospital. 

The officer gave a Failure to Yield Right of Way, Stop Sign citation to the driver of the green van.
