Dodge Charger Disregards Red Light, Slams Into Chevy and Utility Pole

Ten minutes after the collision on Avenue N and Bryant Blvd,, another crash occurred after a driver disregarded a red light on N. Bell St. and Harris Ave.

As the driver of a red Dodge Charger was heading northbound on Bell St., the driver struck a green Chevy Impala on the passenger side. After hitting the Impala, the Charger then collided with a utility pole.

Officer Long, with the San Angelo Police Department, said, "The intersection has been down for about 35-45 minutes right now, and it will be down at least for today and tomorrow."
