Failure to yield to 360 is a HUGE issue. Over by Suddenlink I nearly get hit, any time of day, when I am exiting 306. There is no enforcement and no one cares if they nearly kill you. Generally I am forced to yield to them and nearly get rear ended so that I don't get hit and flipped. SAPD needs to start monitoring this and enforcing. Write tickets please, lives are at risk. Also, they should start running insurance and registration checks again.
Yield means stop if their is oncoming traffic, not gun it so that you can make it.
