Chevy Pickup Slams into a Ford Focus in North San Angelo

Two females were rushed to Shannon Medical Center after a Chevrolet Colorado Pickup collided into their Ford Focus at the intersection of Marx St. and 20^th St. in north San Angelo shortly before 10 a.m. today.

According to the San Angelo police, the driver of the Ford Focus traveling eastbound on 20^th St. failed to yield the right-of-way to the pickup that was northbound on Marx and a collision ensued.

The man driving the pickup was not injured.

Police cited the driver of the Focus for failure to yield the right-of-way from a stop sign.
