Texans believe their state is home to the best high school football in the country, and it’s hard to argue that after last night’s NFL awards ceremony.
Central Bobcats' Head Football Coach Mark Smith added another accolade to place upon an incredibly successful football season this school year as the Texas High School Coaches Association named Smith the 2026 Region 2-6A Coach of the Year on Thursday.
The Angelo State softball team will make its home debut this weekend when the Rambelles host the George and Ola McCorkle Challenge. This year's event holds special significance after longtime fan Ola passed away in December.
