ODESSA, TX – A few days after starting the search for 78-year-old Edward “Eddie” Moss, the Ector County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed Mr. Moss was found dead in a vacant lot near his home this morning.

Volunteers, drones, and a helicopter search were all part of the effort. He was found in a vacant lot near his home, so how extensive was the search? Most searches start at the last point the individual was seen and spread out from that point. Looks like someone dropped the ball on this search!
