SAN ANGELO, TX — The City Hall Annex at 301 W. Beauregard Ave. will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 5, due to an electrical outage, city officials announced.
Despite the closure, Water Customer Service payments can still be made through multiple options: online at cosatx.us/WaterBill, by phone at 325-657-4323 (press 1), or by using the 24-hour payment drop box located on the south side of the City Hall Annex. Payments in the drop box should be made by check or money order.
Customers with payments due on Nov. 5 will be granted a one-day extension, according to city officials.
