LIVE! Daily News | Man Arrested After Threatening to Decapitate Girlfriend

Today on the LIVE! Daily News Show, a San Angelo man was arrested recently after he allegedly threatened to decapitate his girlfriend with a small axe. The convicted cattle rustler is due back in court, and the San Angelo Police Department seeks the public's help in identifying a woman connected to a string of debit and credit card fraud.
