Texas YouTuber Accused of Kidnapping Two Women, Leading High-Speed Gun-Wielding Chase

HOUSTON, TX - A YouTuber with over 5 million subscribers is facing aggravated kidnapping charges after allegedly abducting two women and taking them on a high-speed ride on Interstate 10, wielding a gun and leading prayers before abandoning them on the roadside.

Corey Pritchett Jr., 26, of Houston, was charged in connection with the November 24 incident, according to a criminal complaint filed in Harris County.

Pritchett, who fled to Qatar after the alleged kidnapping, reportedly met the two women at a Houston gym earlier in the day. The group spent time together, including ATV riding and bowling, before the situation turned threatening. Pritchett allegedly drove the women westbound at speeds exceeding 100 mph, brandishing a gold-colored handgun, and refusing their repeated requests to be taken home.

The complaint states that Pritchett’s behavior shifted drastically, claiming someone was pursuing him and accusing others of setting a car on fire. He reportedly led prayers with the women but continued driving erratically. During the ordeal, Pritchett allegedly contacted a female friend on video chat, claiming he considered killing the women and seeking the friend’s approval.

The women reported fearing for their lives and said Pritchett eventually let them go, abandoning them on the roadside near Brookshire. They walked for an hour before flagging down help. The Waller County Sheriff’s Office later located the pair.

Pritchett, known for comedic videos and family vlogs, has been vocal about the charges on social media since his arrest, denying the allegations and claiming his innocence. He wrote on Instagram, “They gone REGRET f—ing with me."

His next court appearance is pending.
