SAN ANGELO, TX — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating Dana Heather Stewart, 51, who is wanted for "tampering with a witness," according to a notice from the San Angelo Police Department issued on Friday.
Stewart is described as a white female, 5’4”, weighing 120 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. Police have released two photos of Stewart and urged anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact Concho Valley Crime Stoppers at 325-658-HELP (4357).
Tampering with a witness typically involves attempting to intimidate, influence, or interfere with a witness’s testimony or actions in a legal proceeding, according to information.
The public is warned not to attempt to apprehend Stewart themselves, as it may be dangerous. Tips can also be submitted via the P3 Tips app.
