ATM Robbery Suspect Arrested in Under One Minute

 

HOUSTON, TX – A suspect involved in an ATM robbery was apprehended early Wednesday morning by Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Deputies within a minute of fleeing the scene.

It happened just after 4:10 a.m. when deputies responded to a Wells Fargo at Eldridge Parkway and Spring Cypress Road, where two suspects hooked an ATM machine to the back of a pickup truck and fled.

Authorities located the vehicle nearby shortly after the call, prompting the suspects to exit and flee on foot.

One of the suspects was quickly caught and identified as having two open warrants, one for aggravated robbery. He is now facing charges for second-degree felony theft from an ATM machine.

The second suspect remains at large as the investigation continues.
