AUSTIN, TX – A video has surfaced of an incident at an Austin Bar where a gun was pulled on bartender.

Austin Police say that attorney Gavin Rush is the man in the video. The bartender was Rush's ex girlfriend. Police say that at the bar Rush's ex girlfriend refused to speak to him so he pulled a pistol from a bag and fired a shot at the bartender. No one was injured by the bullet.
Rush was tackled by two patrons who knew about the abusive situation between the two. Rush was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
