Jealous Girlfriend Sets Beau's House on Fire After Another Girl Answers His Phone

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A jealous girlfriend was arrested by the Bexar County Sheriff's Office after she burned her man's house down this week. The girl was upset because a girl she did not know answered her boyfriend's phone. Come to find out it was his cousin.

According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, on Nov. 20, 2022, around 1:45 am, Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, Lytle Fire Department, and Bexar County Fire Marshal’s Office responded to an arson call in the 16000 block of Shepherd Rd.

The owner of the home reported that 23 year old Senaida Soto broke into his home and set his house on fire after she had just stolen several items from the home as well. Senaida Soto was reportedly in a romantic relationship with a family member of the home owner.

Soto had FaceTimed her boyfriend, when another woman answered his phone, who later turned out to be a relative of the boyfriend. Soto became upset that another woman answered her boyfriend’s phone, went to the boyfriend’s house, and that is when she lit the couch in the living room on fire.
