Arrests for Drinking and Driving with an Open Container Top Thursday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO – 25 suspects were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Thursday.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 25 arrests on Thursday including the following:

  • Wendy Brown-Baeza was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 10:58 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was released the following morning at 7:58 a.m.
  • Crystal Braden was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 11:27 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was released the following morning at 11:27 p.m.

There are currently 545 inmates at the TGCDF as of Friday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Thursday Apr. 14, 2022:

  • Juan Olvera-Gamez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:02 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 7:58 p.m.
  • Aaron Asking was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 2:51 a.m. His bond was set at $15,000 and he was released at 11:13 a.m.
  • Mark Garcia was arrested for deadly conduct discharging a firearm at 4:53 a.m. He was released at 10:13 a.m.
  • Alicia Ybarra was arrested for MISC DLWI, MISC no proof of financial responsibility, MISC operating a vehicle under improper registration, and MISC violation of driving restriction at 10:26 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,330 and she was released at 7:13 p.m.
  • Robert Sherrod was arrested for VOP possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana at 11:02 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Robert Rodriguez was arrested for VOP assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:05 a.m.
  • Andrew Herpeche was arrested for assault that caused bodily to a family member at 11:11 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Daniella Suniga was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 11:23 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Luis Marcias Castro was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 12:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Raymond Hernandez was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing at 12:08 p.m. He was released at 5:13 p.m.
  • Bryan Barnes was arrested for unlawful possession of body armor by a felon at 1:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Bryan Helguin-Zapata was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 2:42 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 8:28 p.m.
  • Hector Arroyo was jailed for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 2:26 p.m.
  • Anastasia Escamilla was arrested for class c theft, possession of controlled substance, one MISC FTA, and one MISC CPF at 2:43 p.m. HIs bond was set at $2,046.
  • Nicolas Lopez was arrested for VOP theft of a property at 3:43 p.m. He was released at 5:58 p.m.
  • Ernesto Garcia was arrested for issuance of bad check, driving while intoxicated, and three MISC CPF at 4:31 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Leandro Alfaro was booked for a MISC TDCJ holdover at 7:11 p.m. He was released the following morning at 7:58 a.m.
  • Jolie Huynh was arrested for theft of property at 7:20 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and she was released at 11:43 p.m.
  • Hayley Hernandez was arrested for theft of property at 7:20 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released at 11:58 p.m.
  • Armando Barrera was arrested for MTR third or more driving while intoxicated at 9:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • John Hicks was arrested for MTR manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, GJI manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and MTR possession of a controlled substance at 9:52 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Robert Bonner was arrested for criminal trespassing at 10:28 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released the following morning at 10:28 a.m.
  • Wendy Brown-Baeza was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 10:58 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was released the following morning at 7:58 a.m.
  • Crystal Braden was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 11:27 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was released the following morning at 11:27 p.m.
  • James Harp was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 11:31 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released the following morning at 2:13 a.m.
