The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Matthew Soto was arrested for MISC CPF x4 at 1:01 a.m. and was released at 4:58 p.m. the same day.
- Dominic Reza was arrested for TERRORISTIC THREAT CAUSE FEAR OF IMMINENT SBI at 12:22 p.m. and was released at 4:43 p.m. the same day.
- Mandy Blair was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 7:32 p.m. Blair’s bond has been set at $2,500.00.
