The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Brandon Dilbeck was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 10:49 p.m. Dilbeck’s bond has been set at $1,500.00.
- Norman Doyal was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 4G<400G at 11:40 a.m. Doyal’s bond has been set at $51,000.00.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 542 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

- Tony Lamas was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 2:53 a.m. Lamas’ bond has been set at $35,000.00.
- Juan Galarza was arrested for BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2), NO LICENSE PLATE- FRONT/REAR, MISC FTA x1, and MISC VPTA x1 at 4:39 a.m. Galarza’s bond has been set at $41,568.00.
- Norman Doyal was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 4G<400G at 11:40 a.m. Doyal’s bond has been set at $51,000.00.
- Amber Cuellar was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G and FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO at 6:16 p.m. Cueller’s bond has been set at $35,500.00.
- Pete Carrillo was arrested for TERRORISTIC THREAT OF FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD at 9:45 p.m. Carrillo’s bond has been set at $2,500.00.
- Brandon Dilbeck was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 10:49 p.m. Dilbeck’s bond has been set at $1,500.00.
- Jesus Rico was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and P48 UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A WEAPON at 2:17 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
- Lucas Walkner was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 7:54 a.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
- Yolanda Cuarenta was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 <1G at 9:14 a.m. and was released at 12:43 p.m. the same day on $10,000.00 bond.
- Roberto Hernandez was arrested for EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION, NO/WRONG TRAILER LICENSE PLATE, FTA FAILURE TO APPEAR, and MISC VPTA x2 at 1:16 p.m. and was released at 3:13 p.m. the same day on $1,402.00 bond.
- David Moore was arrested for INTOXICATION ASSAULT W/VEHICLE SBI at 1:49 a.m. and was released at 4:13 p.m. the same day on $10,000.00.
- Bryson Williams was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:32 p.m. and was released at 5:43 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Christopher Morales was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 5:34 p.m. and was released at 11:58 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- Maricruz Rojas was arrested for MISC CPF x1 at 7:11 p.m. and was released at 1:58 a.m. the next day.
- Cruz Moreno was arrested for FAIL TO GIVE INFORMATION AND RENDER AID, MISC CPF x8, and MISC FTA x1 at 10:17 p.m. and was released at 2:13 a.m. the next day on $1,270.00 bond.
- Julian Valadez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 9:00 p.m. and was released at 5:13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
