Teen Murdered In Fatal Shooting On Sunday

MIDLAND, TX –– An 18-year-old is behind bars after a fatal shooting early morning Sunday.

According to the Midland Police Department, Dwight Washington confessed to shooting the 15-year-old male victim at Park Glen Apartments.

The teen was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

No further details were released regarding the shooting and Washington was arrested and charged with Manslaughter. He was transported to the Midland County Jail.
