Naked Man Arrested After Running In and Out of Traffic

BROWNWOOD,TX – A 28-year-old naked man has been arrested after Brownwood Police deployed a taser to help detain him Sunday.

Derek Lee Stonebarger, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, was seen running naked across the Bill Monroe Overpass. Stonebarger ran in and out of traffic as he screamed randomly and completely disregarded the officer's directions.

He eventually made his way under the overpass where Brownwood Police tased and arrested the naked man.

Stonebarger was booked in the Brown County Jail on public intoxication, disorderly conduct, evading, and resisting arrest charges.
