MIDLAND, TX --The court case against Jenny Cudd and Eliel Rosa will be delayed for another month after a D.C.judge granted a 30-day continuance. Cudd and Rosa were indicted after they entered the U.S. Capitol during the January 6th insurrection.
According to Marina Medvin, Cudd's lawyer, the defense is frustrated as they continue to wait for “sensitive or highly sensitive” discovery from government agencies. Medvin also confirmed Cudd has not been offered a plea deal.

During the virtual meeting, attorneys representing the federal government stated they hoped to have the missing material to the defendants' lawyers in the next couple of weeks.
According to Medvin, even though the government has stated a plea offer has been in the works, the discussions began this week.
The next status conference will be held on May 27th for both defendants. The presiding judge, Judge Trevor McFadden, stated he hopes the two parties will discuss a potential plea deal or discuss trial options if necessary.
Both defendants face multiple charges as a result of the riot. To donate to Cudd's Patriot Legal Defense fund on Give Send Go, click on the following link.
