Dangerous Aggravated Kidnapping Fugitive Caught

ODESSA, TX -- Last month police began searching for a suspect accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend. On Monday, the Odessa Police Department confirmed 23-year-old Nathan Sandoval has been arrested.

Back in March Sandoval allegedly pointed a gun at the woman and forced her into his car. She was later found unharmed.

Sandoval has been charged with Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Evading with a Prior Conviction.

The suspect was apprehended near the intersection of Moss and Hubnik by OPD, the Ector County Sheriff’s Office, DPS, and the U.S. Marshals Service.
