Large Group of Illegal Aliens Captured Near San Angelo

 

SONORA, TX – A large group of illegal aliens were captured just miles away from San Angelo Tuesday.

According to the Sutton County Sheriff's Office, on Mar. 30 at approximately 8:00 a.m., a SCSO deputy initiated a traffic stop on a tan Chevrolet Suburban, about 4 miles down Hwy 277 South.

The traffic stop resulted in the discovery of 14 illegal aliens in the vehicle.

The illegals were detained without incident and were turned over to Border Patrol agents.
