Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting Arrest Top Wednesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Preston Sharpnack was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:57 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Jason Ahola was arrested for RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 10:05 a.m. Ahola’s bond has been set at $500.00.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 501 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Tuesday, March 23, 2021:
  • Christopher Torres was arrested for ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV, *GJI* ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULATE, and ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM BREATH/CIRCULATE at 1:46 a.m. Torres’ bond has been set at $20,000.00.

  • Ramon Zuniga was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 8:54 a.m. Zuniga’s bond has been set at $662.00.
  • Jason Ahola was arrested for RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 10:05 a.m. Ahola’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Ernest Romo was arrested for *COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 11:44 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Preston Sharpnack was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:57 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Kaitlyn Kiker was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 3:00 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Jaimy Jernigan was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 5:53 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Michael Fisher was arrested for SEX OFFENDERS DUTY TO REGISTER LIFE/ANNUALLY at 8:48 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Devon Fox was arrested for MISC CPF X3 at 1:45 a.m. and was released at 4:13 a.m. the same day.
  • Samantha Tucker was arrested for SPEEDING and MISC VPTA X1 at 1:48 a.m. and was released at 4:13 a.m. the same day on $1,072.00 bond.
  • Jose Perez was arrested for MISC DWLI, MISC STOP SIGN, and MISC VPTA X2 at 2:31 a.m. and was released at 4:58 a.m. the same day on $3,018.00 bond.
  • Luke Hicks was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:30 a.m. and was released at 1:28 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Dominick Quinonez was arrested for VIOL/BOND PROTECTIVE ORDER for 5:15 p.m. and was released at 7:58 p.m. the same day on $5,000.00 bond.
  • Garrett Ingram was arrested for PERMITTING UNLICENSED CHILD UNDER 18 TO DRIVE, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC CPF X2, MISC FTA X3, and MISC VPTA X1 at 7:50 p.m. and was released at 11:28 p.m. the same day on $4,469.40 bond.
