Wanted Child Predator Captured and Released

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The man featured on the San Angelo Police Department's weekly "Wanted Wednesday" was captured Wednesday night but was released Thursday morning after making bail. 

As previously reported, on Mar. 17, officers with the SAPD were searching for John Suksta, 29, after warrant was issued for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14. 

Suksta was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on 10:46 p.m. and was released on Mar. 18 at 11:43 a.m. on a $150,000 bond.

Suksta has a previous felony charge for forgery of a financial instrument. He was given a deal but a motion to revoke was called on his probation. He was sentenced to 365 Days in state jail in 2014. He also was forced to pay $23,905 in restitution.
