The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Carson Allison was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and MISC CPF X3 at 4:41 a.m. and was released at 9:58 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- John Rogers was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 6:00 p.m. and was released at 11:43 p.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 449 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning.

The following individuals were booked on Friday, February 12, 2021:
- Amanda Morgan was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 3:02 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Shawn Sheffield was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 5:21 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Riley Henson was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:46 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
- Troy Teague was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 10:06 p.m. Teague’s bond has been set at $2,500.00.
- Jamie Perez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 11:37 p.m. Perez’s bond has been set at $1,500.00.
- Richard Grube was arrested for RACING ON HIGHWAY at 7:48 p.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.
- Fred Velasquez was arrested for FLEEING POLICE OFFICER and RACING ON HIGHWAY at 7:51 p.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Robert Rodriguez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA x3 at 3:49 p.m. and was released at 9:58 p.m. the next day on $2,568.00 bond.
The following individuals were booked on Saturday, February 13, 2021:
- Joe Mendoza was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 4:15 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Xavier Martinez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 4:34 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Carson Allison was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and MISC CPF X3 at 4:41 a.m. and was released at 9:58 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- John Rogers was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 6:00 p.m. and was released at 11:43 p.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
