San Angelo Trio Indicted for Injecting Infant with Heroin

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The three people involved in the Brixlee Lee heroin baby case were indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury in January.

Dustin Wayne Smock, Cristin Chanelle Bradley, and Destiney Cheyanne Harbour have all been indicted for Injury to Child - Serious Bodily Injury in the 1st degree.

In November 2020, San Angelo police were called to a house on Webster Ave. for an unconscious child. Lee was taken to Shannon Hospital where she later died. The physician said Lee died of cardio-respitory failure and staff at the hospital noticed injection sites on the child’s extremities. 

Brixlee tested positive for heroin.

Arrest warrants for these three individuals were issued on November 7th, 2020 and all three were arrested the same day.

Cristin Chanelle Bradley was booked for Injury to Child - Serious Bodily Injury in the 1st Degree and posted $100,000.00 bond on November 8th, 2020.

Smock was booked for Injury to Child - Serious Bodily Injury in the 1st degree as well. Smock posted a $50,000 bond and was released on November 16th, 2020.

Destiny Cheyanne Harbour is currently an inmate at TGCDF for Injury to Child - Serious Bodily Injury and her bond has been set at $100,000.00.
