BOOKING REPORT: Illegal Alien Arrested for Jazz Cabbage Possession

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:

  • Danielle Reyes was arrested for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice and one MISC CPF at 5:14 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and she was released at 4:13 p.m. She was then rearrested for class c assault to a family member at 6:53 p.m. Her bond was set at $512 and she was released Thursday morning at 1:28 a.m.
  • Rafael Barrera-Torres was arrested for possession of marijuana under two ounces, possession of a controlled substance PG 2 under one gram and was then placed on a MISC ICE hold at 12:00 p.m.
  • Marcy Garcia was arrested for public intoxication and one MISC FTA at 2:11 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,064 and was released at 11:13 a.m.

Out of the 556 beds available in the jail, there are currently 439 in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Thursday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020:
  • Joshua Castillo was arrested for failure to stop at a stop sign on a bicycle at 1:53 a.m. His bond was set at $520 and he was released at 10:43 a.m.
  • Marcy Garcia was arrested for public intoxication and one MISC FTA at 2:11 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,064 and was released at 11:13 a.m.
  • Shawn Weber was arrested for assault on a peace officer, assault on a peace officer/judge, public intoxication and resisting arrest at 3:59 a.m. His bond was set at $30,962 and he was released at 6:13 p.m. 
  • Skylar Owalt was arrested for possession of a PG 1 controlled substance less than one gram at 7:36 a.m. His bond is set at $7,500. 
  • Danielle Reyes was arrested for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice and one MISC CPF at 5:14 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and she was released at 4:13 p.m.
  • Rafael Barrera-Torres was arrested for possession of marijuana under two ounces, possession of a controlled substance PG 2 under one gram and was then placed on a MISC ICE hold at 12:00 p.m.
  • Tracy Havorak was arrested for six MISC CPF and was then placed on a US Marshal hold at 1:38 p.m.
  • Robert Holub was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 1:53 p.m. He was released without bond at11:28 p.m.
  • Harold Phillip was arrested for evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and five MISC FTA at 2:20 p.m. His bond was set at $4,534 and he was released at 11:43 p.m.
  • Paul Lorrain was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 2:21 p.m. His bond is set at $30,000. 
  • Danielle Reyes was arrested for class c assault to a family member at 6:53 p.m. Her bond was set at $512 and she was released Thursday morning at 1:28 a.m.
  • Misty Doty was arrested for MISC unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility at 4:42 p.m. Her bond is set at $5,000. 
  • Clayton Key was arrested for possession of marijuana under two ounces, unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:33 p.m. His bond was set at $2,162 and he was released at 10:58 p.m.
  • Andrew Barnett was arrested for bicycle on the wrong side of the roadway, no headlights on bicycle, possession of drug paraphernalia and five MSIC FTA at 8:06 p.m. His bond was set at 8:06 p.m. and he was released Thursday morning at 1:28 a.m.
  • Victoriano Carabajal was arrested for MO driving while intoxicated at 8:51 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Talamantez was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:40 p.m. His bond was set at $420 and he was released Thursday morning at 1:28 a.m.
  • Malneshia Clark was arrested for possession of marijuana under two ounces at 9:41 p.m. His bond was set at $1,574 and she was released Thursday morning at 4:43 a.m.
