San Angeloan Indicted on Indecency With a Minor Charges

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Deputies with the Tom Green County Sheriffs Office arrested a San Angelo man at a residence inside of city limits on Saturday after he was indicted by a grand jury for acts dating back to August of 2019.

According to the court documents, Salvador Solis has been indicted on the charge of Indecency with Child - Sexual Contact following an assault that took place on August 20, 2019.

Indictment reports indicate Solis intentionally and knowingly used his hand to touch the sexual organ of a minor, who was 14 years of age at the time, with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of the defendant.  

On Tuesday May, 12, 40-year-old Salvador Solis was indicted on the sole charge of Indecency with Child - Sexual Contact which is a Second Degree Felony in the state of Texas that carries a sentence from two to twenty years in a state prison, and or a fine not to exceed $10,000.

As of Saturday, May 25, 2020, Solis was arrested and later released on a $25,000.00 bond. During apprehension Solis resisted arrest which added an additional $500.00 "Surety Bond" to the initial $20,000 Bond set by the court.
